The Clubhouse
The ground floor of the clubhouse can accommodate small gatherings and features a large sitting room, a bar area, a meeting room/library and bathrooms, with showers.
Upstairs is a larger room with plenty of open space for larger events or parties and includes a full kitchen. Step outside to the balcony overlooking the pool area.
The Pool
The pool area is a great place to relax and have fun. There are several patio tables with umbrellas to shade you from the hot Texas sun. There are also chaise lounges for tanning and in there is a fire pit area, great for roasting marshmallows.
The heated spa is open year-round and great fun on chiller winter nights.
Outdoor Features
Forest Point Estates features 3.5 acres of common areas. Two water features; a beautiful fountain at the entryway roundabout and a rock waterfall in park area.
While on a stroll through the neighborhood take a rest at one of the benches spread throughout the community.
There is also a grill and picnic area that is the perfect place for a summer cookout.
